Almond milk contains a high amount of Vitamin E which is beneficial for skin and eye health. It is a low-calorie drink compared to cow milk.

It is a vegan-friendly alternative to dairy products and has low sugar content (if it's not sweetened).

However for sucrose-sweetened varieties of almond milk, people need to be aware of its cariogenic (tooth-decaying) effect and consume accordingly. [1]
